- Accumulated cashback amount will be credited to your account at the end of each quarter
- Maximum BDT 25,000 cashback amount can be earned per quarter

CityMaxx Cardmembers will earn cashback at the following rates:
- Regular CityMaxx cardholders (without City Savings Delight account): 1% (regular merchants) and 5% (selected grocery)
- CityGem CityMaxx customers (without City Savings Delight account): 1% (regular merchants) and 5% (selected grocery)
- Regular CityMaxx cardholders (with City Savings Delight account): 2% (regular merchants) and 7% (selected grocery). However, if the EOD Balance falls below 100K on any day, customer will receive cashback under 1% and 5% classification for that particular quarter
- CityGem customers (with City Savings Delight account): 2% (regular) and 7% (grocery) rates will be applicable irrespective of EOD balance rule of Condition#3
